We are a grade busting tutoring hub with a proven track record of improving all levels of test scores, literacy (of every kind), and best of all - a love of learning!

RIL was born out of founder Heather Decatur’s passion for helping people navigate the many challenges facing participants in the world of public education today. After spending more than two decades in various roles in the field of education, Heather realized that she had developed a unique set of skills and specialized insight which she could use to make a real difference by partnering with students, parents, and teachers. Her passion and dedication to seeing young people truly realize their full potential led to the birth of RIL. Through individualized academic tutoring sessions, expert evaluations and assessments, small group courses, and boot camps, Heather has impacted and inspired countless students to “know more - so they could do more.”
